I don't know my Library Code. How do I find it?

Your library admin shares this with you directly - it's usually on a poster, WhatsApp, or Instagram bio for your library. Ask your library front desk if unsure.

I forgot my Student ID or password.

Contact your library admin - they can look up your Student ID and reset your date-of-birth based login for you.

How do I register my library on Study Point?

Go to the signup page and choose either a free trial (up to 5 students) or a paid subscription.
